Yes, we take a 50% deposit at the time of booking and the remaining 50% at least 30 days prior to the event.

You can show pretty much any film you can think of, we will advise you of the Film License costs.

On the day of your event we will set up the screening and will have staff onsite throughout the event and then once your done we will take everything down.

Yes of course, Our Public Liability Insurance cover is for the sum of £5m.

We need 1-2 hours to set up all of our equipment, for smaller events set up time can be reduced to 30mins.

At the events we host, we provide chemical toilet facilities.

Refreshments will be available at events we host but Yes, of course you can bring your own food.

If we have to cancel or reschedule tickets are non refundable, an alternative time will be provided for the screening. This forms part of our terms and conditions at the time of the ticket purchase.

We are not affected by rain, during drive in events it adds a little something to the experience. During open air screenings we advise that you should bring a rain jacket. Even in the summer months we are know what the great British weather is like.

We can screen in wind speeds up to 30mph. After that we are afraid that we will have to take the screen down for health and safety reasons. We have a wind speed monitor to keep an eye on the wind speed during the screening.
